  • The B vitamins are an interrelated group of important nutrients responsible for the maintenance of the nervous system, good mental health, energy metabolism, efficient digestion, and many other essential bodily function.
  • The B vitamins are water-soluble and for this reason our bodies are unable to store it; adequate quantities must be provided on a daily basis.
  • Three tablets of BEKAVIT B daily contain the following B vitamins being equivalent to 100 % of the RDA:
    Vitamin B3......16,0 mg Vitamin B1.......1,4 mg
    Vitamin B5.......4,0 mg Vitamin B2.......1,4 mg
    Vitamin B6.......1,8 mg
  • Shelf life: a minimum of 2 years.
  • Package : 115 tablets / 62 g and 260 tablets / 139 g
